How about making Lady Justice more queenlike?

I'd second that. A blindfolded justice was my first thought for a cover when you sent the first post with only variations on #1, but this attractive justice does look a bit out of context

I had this statue in mind, almost looks like a chess piece https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Justi%C3%A7a_%28escultura%29?wprov=sfla1

I like all 3, but #2 looks too much like a court/law logo and #3 is amazing but has a crime/thriller feel to it. Sooo save #2 for your upcoming courtroom drama book and #3 for your neo-noir thriller series of books, while i've voted for #1.

I think that is quite accurate. I’m also leaning toward #1 :)

I think #s 2 and #3 seem a little dated, and I don't know if a woman would pick up cover #2. For the main cover, I would make everything in annotated algebraic (include the pieces) with no other languages. Layering white, yellow, blue, and red text looks great.

I will see if I can edit it if that’s the version I pick 👍🏻
