Challenge accepted---though I can't completely manage to do #3, since I have a several dozen correspondence games going, and to exceed that amount in blindfold games would be quite "suicidal":-)

Here is another resource for blindfold chess I found a while ago: odinchess.com (in case you or anyone would like to check it out in addition to the other many helpful resources you already mentioned)

Also, on the correspondence chess site schemingmind.com it is possible to play correspondence games blindfold---in the blindfold variant, only an empty board is shown along with a move list of the moves played up to that point (after the game is completed, the pieces become visible and one is able to review the game just like any other regular game).
