Date: 03.08.2023
Result: 1-0
Tiredness level: 3/5
Accuracy: 76.2
The game was decided in: Endgame
Rating change: 2032 (-7)
The opening — King's Indian Defense
1. c4 Nf6 2. d4 g6 3. b3 Bg7 4. Bb2 d6 5. Nd2 O-O 6. g3 Nbd7 7. Bg2
7… c6 (7... e5 Would have made more sense. I considered it shortly, but somehow I did not feel it was right. 8.dxe5) 8. Ngf3 Re8 preparing e5, so should just have played it when I had the chance 9. O-O e5 10. Re1
Here my opponent blunders and underestimate the threat of e4! The Knight will have to go to g5 and I have a better center. 10… e4! 11. Ng5 d5 (Should have played e3! I had seen the idea, but somehow I had a visualization error and thought that White would not have double pawns, which made me shy away from this good move. Overall I was very pleased with how the opening went and the fact I could make my opponent misplay against a new KID player.)
